Due to the exceptional and complicated situation that is being experienced in Spain and worldwide caused by COVID-19, we inform all our guests of the following information and decisions made by our hotel chain, following the instructions of the Government and the Ministry of Health and with the only purpose of protecting the entire population in general:
All our establishments will remain closed until further notice.
The hotels that remained closed for the winter season and were scheduled to open in the coming weeks, postpone their opening until further notice.
All guests who have scheduled a reservation in our hotels for the next few weeks, can contact the reservations department of HM Hotels by email at bookinghm@hmhotels.net , where they will be assisted in case they want to cancel or change the date of their reservations.
